Make check payable to Landmark Park and mail to Landmark Park Quilt Show, 24 S Main Street, Headland, AL 36345. Be sure to send check and two photos of your booth and/or items you intend to sell. Photos may be emailed to sherrysews@aol.com.*

I understand that all applications are subject to approval by the Landmark Park Quilt Show Committee. You will be notified of your acceptance no later October 1st.*
