VENDOR RULES FOR LANDMARK PARK QUILT SHOW
The 17th Annual Landmark Park Quilt Show (LPQS) will be held on the weekend of Landmark Park's annual Fall Farm Day, October 17th – 19th This event normally attracts approximately 2,000-3,000 visitors on Saturday.The Quilt Show is open to the public on Friday, 1pm-4pm and Saturday 10am-4pm and Sunday from1pm-4pm.Vendors are required to participate on Friday and Saturday. Vendors have the option to attend Sunday from1pm-4pm.
- REGISTRATION can be made at Landmark Park, or by mail or with the application on this website. All applications are subject to approval by the LPQS Committee. Requirements for registration include application, full payment of booth fee, photographs.
- BOOTH FEE is $125 per booth.Only one vendor per space is permitted. A 75 % refund will be made only if the event is officially canceled due to weather.
- BOOTH SPACE is 10’x10'.Landmark Park will provide at least one 8 foot table and two chairs for your booth.Vendor must supply their own display equipment.
- SET UP TIME is Thursday, October 16th from1-5pm or Friday October 17th 10am – noon.
- VENDORS will NOT be permitted to leave prior to the event closing on Saturday until 4pm, rain or shine for safety reasons. Absolutely no vehicles permitted at the barn prior to 4pm.
- VENDOR PARKING will be by permit only in a special reserved lot for vendors. All vehicles must be removed from around the barn by 9 a.m. Saturday. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- VENDOR ACCEPTANCE must be confirmed no later than September 15th with artwork received for program.
- VENDOR RESPONSIBILITY includes collecting and reporting AL sales tax.It is the vendor's responsibility to obtain any licenses or permits required by Dothan, Houston County, or the State of Alabama.
- PETS are not allowed in the park unless specifically trained to assist the disabled.
