This package contains a pre-cut, detailed silhouette applique. Fusing instructions enclosed. Just peel the protective backing paper, position it on the background (it is slightly tacky so it stays in place) and iron. Background fabric not included. The Steam-A-Seam 2 fusible web is already on the applique; no tracing or cutting. Finished size: 11in x 12-1/2in.
